• Describe the forecasted Consumer & Businnes IP traffic growth in Western Europe through to 2013
• Describe the growth in relative Core and Metro traffic volumes through to 2013
• Describe Carrier Ethernet (CE) services as defined by Metro Ethernet Forum MEF and identify the components and services of the Cisco CE System
• The technologies are compared and scored against number of different criteria, including meeting the SPs' technical requirements, network services support and their applicability to IPNGN Core, Edge, Aggregation and Access
