MPLS- Multiprotocol Label Switching

The CCIP courses offer skills and competencies to manage service provider infrastructures. Participants working in a service provider organization will develop competencies in infrastructure IP networking solutions. CCIP courses include IP routing, IP QoS, BGP, and MPLS.

Program of study
MPLS - Multiprotocol Label Switching

Basic MPLS Concepts, MPLS Labels and Label Stack, Identifying MPLS Applications, Discovering LDP Neighbors, Establishing the Service Provider IGP Routing Environment , Typical Label Distribution in Frame-Mode MPLS, Introducing Convergence in Frame-Mode MPLS, Introducing MPLS Label Allocation, Distribution, and Retention Modes, Introducing CEF Switching, Configuring Frame-Mode MPLS on Cisco IOS Platforms, Monitoring Frame-Mode MPLS on Cisco IOS Platforms, Troubleshooting Frame-Mode MPLS on Cisco IOS Platforms, Establishing the Core MPLS Environment, VPN, Overlay and Peer-to-Peer VPNs, Categorizing VPNs, MPLS VPN Architecture, MPLS VPN Routing Model, Forwarding MPLS VPN Packets, MPLS VPN Mechanisms of Cisco IOS Platforms, VRF Tables, MP-BGP Session Between PE Routers, Small-Scale Routing Protocols Between PE and CE Routers, monitoring MPLS VPN Operations, Initial MPLS VPN Setup, Running EIGRP Between PE and CE Routers, Configuring OSPF as the Routing Protocol Between PE and CE routers, Running OSPF Between PE and CE Routers, Configuring BGP as the Routing Protocol Between PE and CE routers, Troubleshooting MPLS VPNs, BGP Between PE and CE Routers.

The course program aligns with the Cisco Exam 642-611 MPLS that is qualifying for CCIP certifications.

Lessons comprise both theory and practical aspects and include:
• Live instructors' presentations at our facilities or based on BDL (Blended Distance Learning),
• Exercises and e-learning at networking academy web site and
• Hands-on experience: exercises, case studies and troubleshooting on our lab equipments.

Remote Labs: You can access our labs from your home, office or everywhere!
Besides the hands-on activities during the classes, you can access the labs remotely from your home or office for having more hours of practice in Cisco equipment.

Academy Certificates & Industry Standard Certification
At the end of every single course you obtain the Europa Networking's Certificate of course completion. Furthermore the curriculum prepares you for the Cisco certification exams at the Test Centers Vue.

Facilities:

Courses Language:
All the tests and the materials (curriculum on line) used in the course are in English.
The lessons may be taught in English, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

Fees

* Our prices are in Euros and don’t include VAT/tax.
Our fees include in presence lessons (live presentations, exercises and troubleshooting in our real equipments lab) and Certificate of course completion.
Transport, accommodation, meals and other supplementary expenses are not included in the training fees.

Admission

Admission requirements: candidates should have completed CCNA 1-4 courses , or the equivalents. CCNA certification is also desirable; however, it is not a prerequisite .
