Advanced Training Cisco Nexus 1000V
The main goal of the course is to acquire the correct terminology and practice on the Cisco Nexus 1000V switch, and to learn how to install it and configure on the VMware Vshpere infrastructure.
The training is divided in two parts: one overview of the VMware Vsphere architecture and of the components of the virtual switch Nexus 1000V and a second part with the pratical installation and configuration of the virtual switch on a VMware test datacenter.

-Cisco Nexus 1000V Components and Interactions
-Cisco Nexus 1000V Distributed Switching model
-Cisco Nexus 1000V Policy Management and Configuration
-Cisco Nexus 1000V Installation on VMware Vsphere
-ESXi host nodes and Virtual Machines migration


Prerequisites:
It is strongly recommended the completion of CCNP courses, in particular the SWITCH exam, or a valid CCNP certification and a technical interview.

Course structure:
The Nexus 1000V course is composed by 16 hours of lectures and practical workshops in person.
